For urgent requests, please email sales@peachoo.in, and we will do our best to accommodate. Once payment is confirmed, our artisans begin preparing your order. Please allow 21–28 working days for dispatch; timelines may extend during special sales.

A tracking number will be emailed once your package is shipped.

 

Shipping within India
Complimentary shipping is available across India. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and volume at checkout, and all items will be shipped together. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Peachoo ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs clearance may affect delivery timelines.

For customers in the United States:
Additional duties or fees may apply according to U.S. Customs regulations. These are beyond Peachoo’s control, and any delays or charges during customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some countries may require identification (passport, Tax ID, etc.) before releasing shipments.
