Returns & Exchanges
At Peachoo, products once purchased cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for incorrect sizes. Please consult our size guide or email sales@peachoo.in for assistance. Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or size alteration.
Exchanges may be possible in the following cases:
• Manufacturing fault: If a product defect is our responsibility, we will replace it within three weeks. Upon receiving the return, we will email you confirmation. After quality checks, a new item will be dispatched.
• Incorrect size: Items received in a different size than ordered may be exchanged. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location and production requirements.
All exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sales@peachoo.in for prompt assistance.
Damaged items:
• Inspect merchandise before accepting delivery. If damaged, retain the original packaging, price tags, invoices, and labels. Note the damage on the delivery receipt rather than signing it as “received.”
• Only damaged items are eligible for refund or exchange. Products must be returned in original, unwashed condition with tags intact.
• Customers bear the cost of return shipping.
Returning items by post or courier:
• Please email sales@peachoo.in with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
• Items must be unused and in original condition. Peachoo reserves the right to reject returns of used or damaged products.
• Refunds do not include shipping charges.
• Ensure items are securely wrapped to avoid damage in transit. Peachoo is not responsible for lost parcels. We recommend sending returns via registered and signed-for courier and keeping tracking details until we confirm receipt.
